Sea View Terrace

This terrace offers magnificent sea views across the Aegean, towards the islands of Spetses and Hydra. The terrace provides an excellent spot for sunbathers or a cool evening drink at sunset. The terrace is east facing and offers early risers spectacular views of the sunrise.

Conservatory Area

The conservatory area runs along the side of the upstairs living room. It has a door onto the sea view terrace at one end and a door onto the garden terrace at the other.  For larger groups it provides an additional bedroom with comfortable double sofa bed.
Garden Terrace
Whether you are taking respite from the sun under the mulberry tree, prolonging your sunbathing on the white washed patio or relaxing over an evening meal, visitors can enjoy the tiered rock garden from Villa Miranda’s garden terrace.

Downstairs Living Room
Located between the two bedrooms on lower level 1, this intimate living room area offers a quiet, cool retreat from the sun or a cosy space to curl up with a book in the winter.
